WHO WE ARE
Keep Morristown-Hamblen Beautiful is an award winning affiliate of Keep America Beautiful, Inc. Our focus is litter prevention, beautification, community greening, waste minimization and recycling. Certified since 1985, Keep Morristown-Hamblen Beautiful is volunteer based and a licensed 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
KMHB's mission is to inspire and educate people to take action every day that improves and beautifies their community environment. Through education and awareness, our goals are to achieve sustained litter reduction in our community, to encourage voluntary recycling and to put into practice effective waste management. Using a variety of programs we educate businesses, industries, school systems, and residents on our goals for community improvement and beautification.
KMHB is funded by the State Litter Grant Program, Hamblen County Government, the City of Morristown, membership contributions from individuals, families, businesses, and industries, and in-kind from the Morristown Area Chamber of Commerce.
